1. Who We Are
jupipegoiapartners is a performance marketing practice based at 124 Scotby Rd, Scotby, Carlisle CA4 8BJ, United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the controller of personal data collected through this website.
Contact the privacy lead at info@jupipegoiapartners or on +44 7788828732.
2. What We Collect
This site does not run a hidden lead database. Information is collected only in these ways:
- Consultation request: your name, work email, company URL, budget range, and any objectives you type. Submitting the form opens your own email application addressed to us. We receive the message only if you send it.
- Preference cookie: if you press Accept Cookies, the browser stores one first-party cookie named cookieConsent_jupipegoiapartners for up to a year so the notice stays dismissed. It is not an advertising cookie and it is not sent to any other company.
- Direct contact: if you email or call, we keep what you send so we can reply and, if you become a client, to perform the contract.
3. Why We Use It
We use enquiry details to answer your request and to decide whether a project is a fit. The lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell personal data.
Client campaign work may later involve Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or similar advertising platforms. That processing is agreed in the statement of work. Hashed customer lists are used only when you instruct us to, and only to measure or find similar audiences. This marketing website does not upload your browsing of these pages to those platforms.
4. How Long We Keep It
Email enquiries that do not become a client engagement are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless we must retain them for a legal claim. Client records follow the retention period in the contract.
5. Your Rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Write to info@jupipegoiapartners and we will respond within one month.
6. Updates
This policy was last updated in October 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page.
